Welcome to PIXZ. By accessing or using www.pixz.co.nz and our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services
PIXZ provides professional vectorizing, artwork recreation, logo and brand identity design, graphic design, and print-ready artwork. All services are subject to quotation and acceptance.
Quotations
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Changes to the project scope may result in a revised quotation.
Orders & Payment
A deposit may be required before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, final artwork is released after full payment. Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). PIXZ is not GST registered, GST is not charged.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Additional changes or changes in project scope may incur additional fees.
Turnaround
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback and workload.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing proofs carefully and approving artwork before production.
Intellectual Property
Clients warrant they have the right to use all materials supplied. Ownership of the final artwork transfers to the client after full payment unless otherwise agreed. PIXZ retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality has been agreed.
Limitation of Liability
PIXZ is not responsible for printing or production errors once artwork has been approved by the client, or for changes made by third parties after delivery. Liability is limited to the value of the services supplied where permitted by law.
Cancellations & Refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, PIXZ may charge for work completed to that point. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through our website or quote forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
